About us

Gabriella Phillips is a Certified Hypnotherapist as well as a Certified Holistic Wellness Counselor specializing in self esteem and emotional eating issues.

She also holds a Specialty Certification in Weight Loss Hypnosis from the American Hypnosis Association.

After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and losing over 100 pounds, Gabriella is dedicated to helping women and girls become the best version of themselves.

If you are struggling with body image issues, binge/ compulsive eating, yo-yo dieting, overall self esteem issues, hypnotherapy is the answer. As a result of Gabriella’s personal journey, she effectively treats her clients with empathy and compassion.

Her mission is to inspire her clients to love and accept themselves exactly as they are while providing them with tools to implement long term, sustainable change.
